Anyone who tries to make replicas of actual planes knows that the view provided by the editor makes it difficult to judge sizes and distances accurately. Perspective is not conducive to accurate modeling. So I think it would be nice if there was an option to view the plane in orthographic projection as you work on it, eliminating perspective. Also, a feature that lets us load and drag background images while in edit mode would be extremely useful. We could load up a 3-view schematic of a plane, and use it as a template for designing our planes.
