It is what it says. It's a bit like a minimap, but instead of drawing to the user's screen, it draws to an in-game screen. So, you can scale it, rotate it, and put it in your super-detailed cockpits that you spent god-knows-how-many hours on, and you will have a functioning map! It also has a zoom feature, which is on VTOL by default but you can change it. Here are some screenshots:

@Bryflies77x since this is about 4 years old, I'm not really surprised. The version on the mod section is slightly newer so it might but I wouldn't bet on it.

@WNP78 Is there a way to make it show a heightmap? Can the zoom scale also be made linear? For fine adjustment, I have to use the Tank Gun Mouse control mod and set my mouse to the lowest DPI to move the VTOL slider that little bit.
Now I gotta update all of my cars (Lmao what am i complaining i have like 2 cars) and add gps holes to the hud

@WNP78 Actually I got it hahaha, I didn't realize that the original hyperlink wasn't a direct download, I had to download the unsupported file that opened in the drive and move it then
@WNP78 Yes, no problem with the download but when I go to extract it and move the file it comes up as a unsupported doc in my Google drive
@HSAeroWerkes1 your Google drive? It should link to the file which is shared on Google drive.
Whenever I go to download it it goes into my Google Drive. Anyone else on android have that issue?

@WNP7 i did not say that it was preloaded, but it is evident that it might of been based there.
@kingofcreepers haha no it's just some imaginary place. nothing in the SimplePlanes world (Wright isles, even the sea) doesn't exist until you press play. Even then, if you start at Wright, Yeager airport won't exist until you get near to it. It's a performance thing.
@robloxweponco lol! if it actually shown where you where, then you could fly towards the spot. the viewpoint is from a hangar, and wright island was the original island, so I'm guessing it is there.
