I once played peekaboo with the launchers until I ran out of fuel.
I'm pretty sure they don't run out.
The way I got past them was sniping them with this
I just climbed up really high and dive bombed them while avoiding missiles. I used my Vi-FA-135 and dam is it hard to stop in time to get in there!
What masteroftheskys said, you also want a fast plane to do that effectively
Try going around from behind and dive bombing them.
