It was normal flight, I taked off (sorry about mistakes, I'm from poland) from Yeager Airport and I flew to Wright Airport. I had 5% of fuel, so I tried to land on that black runway next to Wright Island. I crashed and I saw an announcement ''Location discovered: Wright Isles north runway''. Did anybody do it, too?
PS. How can I upload screenshot?
i did after 8.4 years

I landed there but got no 'location discovered' thingo. I instead named it Bruce.
It was there since the game first came out.
I'm gonna bring back my old airplanes from my old account I had from the beginning of SP 7 months ago
I loved the old days back 5 months ago... Those teeny unrealistic prop engines and south runway when it was just a strip of asphalt. And that little tiny wright runway. Loved those basic days. I miss those days😭
yes its old
I did it to.
The North Runway is a relic from the very beginning of Simpleplanes, along with the Wright Isles. Back then, it's name was the same as now, but without Wright Isles, while Wright Airport was South Runway. You didn't have to discover it in 1.0, since it was in the Locations list when you bought the game. The developers removed the location in Version 1.2.13, and recently, they bought it back as a discoverable location. So your location is actually one from the old times.
Yes, I had set a spawn point there once before there was a spawn point there and when I spawned there it's said "Location Discovered"
I did the same thing with explorer one on my way to Wright airport when I had to divert cause of low fuel on its test flight
I discover it also
That island was one of the two from the very first days of this game. It was called the North runway back then and the wright was called south airport. The north airport never got a name unlike al other airports.if I remember, yo don't have to discover it if you had versions where it was called North airport, because it was in custom places. You don't if you'd had this game for less than 2 months
