I have noticed a lot of big issues with the website lately. I see that users are leaving at an all-time high rate, quantity/quality is still an issue, cooldown isn't doing anything effectively, and more popular users are getting extreme upvotes even though their planes are **! This needs to stop. It is not the devs or mods faults, they are doing a wonderful job and working to the best of their ability to keep this website safe, friendly, and overall just fun. The problem is with the users who abuse the up voting system, users who copy/cheat (I still see a jelly plane every now and then!), and users who are so popular that other users become naive to realize that the person puts no effort into the aircraft. This is a problem with the community as a whole, and although there are a lot of users, such as I, trying to step up and stop this madness from spreading, it's starting to look like a post-apocalypse to a disease (the weazelzone/jelly invasions!!!). I cannot stress this enough. Maybe only 1 plane should be allowed to be posted ever day. That would bore people out of posting all the time and maybe to pass the time they would put some effort into their builds. As for me, I only post 1 (and rarely 2) plane(s) every day anyway. Also, cooldown is just plain evil for people like me who get a lot of notifications and just want to clear them out without missing anything. I could go on, but I think now the community can help move this rant along in the comments...

@Ephwurd I'm honestly conflicted with this user. He is a very nice person and he knows how to get upvotes, so he is pretty intelligent in that manner, but on the other hand, it seems like he is taking advantage of the points system and his popularity to upload 3 planes a day and go wild with points. @LegendaryBottle @ForzaFanlvl4 @TTHHSSSS @MasterManufacturingCo @MechWARRIOR57 ^^^^^^^^^^^
I know of a particular user who got platinum in less than a month by submitting 3 mediocre planes at a daily basis. I have this really strong urge to spit the name out

I agree part of the reason I left was because I saw my builds getting repetitive and getting low in quality so I stopped.

Agreed with the user ranking changing how many upvotes they get. Put a lot of effort into Project Powersurge and, even though it got the most attention of any of my planes, I see some garbage on the front page. Not a lot of garbage, but enough to tick me off.

Well the people who just make accounts to upvote their planes probably do it because it moves their planes to the hottest section to get more attention because the popular users get all the upvotes and when planes are in the hottest section they get more attention which leads smaller users to create second accounts to upvote their planes to put them in the hottest section

What should happen is that the voting system should be stripped away and points are given to a creation that has been downloaded the most or something.
@MrSilverWolf im only getting 5 upvotes on a craft that i putt effort in while you get 20 upvotes if you upload a block, it just makes me sad :(
