Hey guys..... Yesterday i uploaded my newest build, witch i happen to be quite proud of..... Not because of the look of it, but its abillities to handle huge drops and jumps. Its a fast buggy with hangglider capabillities..... I made it for the jumpzone first of all, but found out that the handeling and gravity of the vehicle is damn near close to lunar gravity :) :) :)..... I have used weeks upon weeks, tweaking and balancing, back and forth, and now it is able to glide almost perfectly.... It can even do a barrelroll and still survive the landing. If you do good, you are actually able to glide all the way down in "the oval office" from the jump you start in front in the jumpzone... All in all this is the coolest(handling wise) build i have ever done imo.
My question is..... Howcome allmost no one noticed it? I wasnt ecspecting any medals or nothing, but i was really quorious to find out if any one else has build something witch functions this good? I havent build anything that i enjoyed so much, after finishing it. Been driving it around for days now, perfecting my gliding/driving skills. ;)

You Get rank by attracting attention, not the other way around, While having followers does help, it doesn't guarantee anything. I believe rank is irrelevant, nobody is checking rank as they are scrolling down the page.
I got 40 upvotes on my 5th day here with a build when I had 75 points and no followers, and just the day before yesterday I got 1 upvote on something (I deleted it)
The screen shot is 90% of it! You have to take a good picture, and catch a persons eye, or the will scroll past it and never notice.
You need a catchy name that describes what is special about the build.
it helps to upload at the busiest time of day... 7pm SP time seems to work very well.
The build it's self needs to look good! It could be the best working whatever of all time, but if it doesn't look attractive, nobody will download it and find out how great it works. Use custom color schemes.
It also helps to build things that haven't been built before.
I could go on, but I won't.

I just looked at your vehicle and something that you have to do that is VERY VERY important is to make sure that your thumbnail picture is eye catching and interesting. if you don't do that you wont succeed. like, the last picture in the slideshow would have been perfect for the thumbnail picture

As i hear what your saying, that would mean, in the long run that only a handful of builders will be left, because it will be near impossible to get the attention needed to score higher.? Well that sucks!@ForeverPie
Unfortunately, people with white, silver, or low gold (anywhere up to 15k points) don't get as much recognition as people with more points (around 20k up). I am honestly happy to see this post because this post, like many others, truly explain the website's point system. The more points you have, the better you are advertised, the more followers you have, the more upvotes/comments you get. It is sad to see lower point users with so much potential in this community get no recognition.
