Oh.
I had this happen to me. Send your computer to a specialist, see if they can get rid of it. That's what I did.
Unfortunately in my case they weren't able to remove it and the hard drive broke but...
What I normally do when things get too hot to handle is move all my important files to external storage, write up a list of programs I want to find and install again, save all my bookmarks and cookies, then do a complete factory reset of the computer, or install the newest version of windows if I haven't already. After that, I spend a couple days letting Windows Update get the machine back up to speed. Then I replace, reestablish, and reorganize all my saved programs and files. I also replaced the hard drive every couple years, because those have a short life expectancy, and I don't like surprises. Total reinstalls get rid of almost any kind of virus, malware, or spyware you can imagine.
Delete System 32 (its like a egg, once it hatches a virus infects your computer) if not, shut down, but your computer in a oven to fry the virus (so it dies from the heat), if that does not work you need to do a clean up of your computer, but in a sink, bath, or pool and get a towel with soap and thoroughly clean your computer. If all else fails, you will need to rebuild your computer, find a way to open up your computer and get the stuff out, and disassemble it, and rebuild it.

Search malwarebytes and ccleaner. I use those two, they work perfectly and they are free

What makes you think there's spyware? What symptoms
@arcues try putting windows defender in the search and run a full scan, may take all night that way but from there see if you can remove the spyware.
