@KCferrari I can't correct them for my main account is a child account the other one is the main account and i can't change my account stuff and this is the worst thing I have so much progress on Minecraft Bo3 and other games that took forever to get too

well you mentioned your account says you're 9? There's a few options:
1. You are actually 9, and probably shouldn't be playing CoD. Get older.
2. Your account birthday was accidentally changed or an age restriction was enabled. Ensure that those are correctly set.

If none of those work:
1. Try the game on another user
2. Ask a proper support forum again.

That's really all I can suggest. I can't debug your xbox from afar, but I hope you can fix it.
