Well, here's how. Let's say I spotlighted your plane. All 55 or so of my followers would get a notification that I spotlighted your plane.

I've haven't gotten spotlighted yet, I want what it feels like from the other side. This is the only I'll directly ask for spotlights @DisferGoatzFAILURE

I don't know how many are allowed in 24 hours, but I know there's a Cooldown.
Also, try not to ask for spotlights, it could get you blocked by other users
