Me and FuRiOuSpLaNeS have made a roleplay. It will be taking place in modern times, with no set story.
Teams and Team Rules:
-Each player is allowed to be in one team, or make their own.
-If you want to switch, you must have a valid reason, and the team must have invited you.
-The first person on the team is the one making the decisions affecting the whole team.
-If your team is destroyed, it is gone forever. You are able join a new team at this point, but they must be losing, or near losing. This makes it fair, and prevents team stacking.
-When making a team, you are able to make it public or private. Public teams can be joined by anyone, as long as they arent already in the rp. Private teams are invite only.
Basic Rule:
-No trash talking.
-Respect your team leader and their decisions.
-Respect me and FuRiOuSpLaNeS and our decisions.
-Respect the other players.
Currency:
-Each player will recieve 10 credits each day.
-Credits are used to build aircraft, sen those aircraft into combat, and build mines.
-Each mine costs 5 credits, and produces 2 each day.

T2000- 2 credits
T3000- 3 credits
J15- 2 credits
J50- 3 credits
J90- 4 credits
BFE150- 5 credits
BFE300- 6 credits
Vtol Engine- 7 on aircraft, 2 on ships
Wing gun/minigun- 1 credit
Inferno- 3 credits
Guardian- 2 credits
Interceptor- 3 Credits
Rocket Pod- 2 credits
Boom 25- 4 credits
Boom 50- 8 credits
Car Engine- 1 credit for every 100 hp, rounded up or down. 125 hp=1 credit. 150hp=2 credits
Combat:
During combat, either me or FuRiOuSpLaNeS will tag the attacker and defender on an unlisted build. The attacker is selecting their vehicles, and the defender theirs. You can have more than one of the same vehicle. The design of the vehicles, as well as the weaponry and turrets will be taken into consideration. If they are equl, who wins will be based on luck. Multiple vehicles can be chosen. Each team is allowed 1 attack each week. This first week will have no attack, just so people are able to build up some vehicles.
Costs of Combat:
During combat, you need to pay for each vehicle. The cost of those vehicles is half of what it costed to make, rounded up. The credits you use for combat comes from you current stash, as well as your mines. Double your current stash is used, and 4 from each mine you have is added. The credits spent in combat do not take away from your stash. If you have more than 1 person in your team, The credits come from the leader, and 2 for each player in the team.
Victory or Loss:
During victory, you earn 1 piece of land from the enemy if you are attacking. If you are defending, you earn nothing but safety. Each team has a total of 10 pieces of land to start. If you lose that land, you are destroyed.

You can add any already existing vehicles to the roleplay as long as you have the credits to buy it. All vehicles you make and add must be yours, and not a copy. I am only taking functional weapons into consideration. Due to a certain battle, there will now be a limit to deployed vehicles. For now, it will be set at 30.

@FuRiOuSpLaNeS I would like to hand off control of this roleplay to you. It was your idea, and I feel some of the decisions I make you wouldnt agree with. I will still take part in tue roleplay, and I will still help when/if you need it. However, I do not want to be in control anymore. To save yourself the time of rewriting this whole forum, just copy and paste it. You should be able to work from there. If you do not answer to this, I will be handing it off to someone else. I am not sure if they will be as trustworthy as you or I, so please respond.
@Mox Yes, some strategy is taken into consideration. I have a way of deciding the victor that I think is fair. Each vehicles focus on the immediate threat first. Once that is gone, it focuses on the lesser threat, and so on. I will be handing off control of the roleplay to FuRiOuSpLaNeS. I cannot guarantee this is how he/she will run it, but it is how I run it.
So it has nothing to do with strategy (say a planned assault with different types of ships and fighters for air support)? It's just vehicle against vehicle and see what wins in a 1 on 1? Do you take any consideration of strategy?

@PINK The goal for this roleplay was vehicle combat. It would be difficult for me to bring infantry into this. Sorry, but if you want infantry, you need to build it.
That would be difficult. I prefer to just build the weapons that the would use. @KnightOfAraluen
@PINK It depends. You would need to build the infantry, and have a way for them to move. On the infantry, everything would cost the same. With infantry not being as mobile, vehicles with the same loadout have a big advantage.
As such, if I was to deploy infantry I would most likely win......? @KnightOfAraluen
@PINK It wasnt my goal to be that complicated. This roleplay is focused on vehicle to vehicle combat. There isnt any infantry.
What about other elements of warfare?
After classical times it was learned that infantry are the only unit that can effectively win an conflict. With spears they could kill calvary and elephants, and with modern weapons they can kill tanks and other vehicles.
They are also the only force that can hold land defend from inside a building, even against artillery and tanks. They are also needed to protect tanks, as enemy infantry could ambush and attack from the rear.....and tanks also provide mobile cover and fire power for infantry.
As such, we need infantry.
A single platoon, or around 30 men needs to include:
1x Captain
1x Left Tennant (old term for lieutenant)
1x Anti-Tank Team (1 man with a: RPG, ATGM, or Recoilless Rifle. It also has two other men with standard rifles....however they are also tasked with carrying ammunition for the AT weapon)
1x Heavy/Medium MG Team (3 men with; 2 rifles and a MG. The MG is taken down and the carried by all three....along with ammunition. These aren't very common.)
1x Mortar Team (Three men with a 3 inch-4.1 inch mortar, the burden is shared bettween the men....transporting the weapon and ammunition. These are very useful for attacks.)
2-3 Rifle Squads (3-5 men with rifles and/or 2-4 men with rifles+1 with a breeching weapon)
2-3 LMG Squads (3-5 men, with 1-3 armed with rifles, 1 with an LMG, and a lance corporal with an SMG)
1x Some Kind Of AA [Infantry Man with MPADS]
