Does anyone know how to scale items with the fine tuner mod? I can't seem to find the feature anymore.

Sounds like you installed the wrong version. The download links in the main post are "old", but technically the last 'official' release, where the scaling is not 'officially' released, but you can grab it here.
@Nexus24680 I'm not retarded I know where the scale button was, I downloaded the mod and it wasn't there. it is on my other computer.
