Yeah, you don't need simpleplanes on PC to do it. You obviously need a PC though to run unity. @AstleyIndustries

@Gestour can i make maps without simpleplanes on pc? Or with crack simpleplanes? (i wont play the pc simpleplanes since i suck at pc games)

Then if you want to compile for Android you will need Android studio, it's SDK, and the Java developers kit.
