Today's rant is something more serious, and emotional than my others. Trust me, I'm pissed off. Today I'm talking about the jokes about what happened 15 years ago. It's all a group of 10 year old kids that don't understand how 9/11 wasn't a joke. I swear.. if a mod removes this, I have lost all hope in this community. No remorse for the many that died, that's the thing that bothered me the most. As I said earlier, the kids who made the jokes would typically be under 13, since they don't realize the scar that it left on the world. Just stupid how this community doesn't keep itself together. I'm not 100% sure of this, but I heard a mod deleted a post remembering 9/11... You know better than this. You're a moderator, you're supposed to keep this site clean, not disrespect thousands of dead people. Think of this: a funeral of someone important, like a president. Then, the whole area is bombed. I feel that's an accurate comparison to what happened.
Still not sure it's real, so let me know if it is or not.

I'm sorry, but this kind of thing doesn't belong on the site. If it was we'd probably be paying respects to the millions of innocent people that have died in Afghanistan, Syria, etc. This isn't a social media site and thus these "status" posts are not allowed.
If you do find someone disrespecting others, report it to a moderator and we'll handle it accordingly.

To be honest, although many people died back in 2001, you can't simply rub your opinion on other people and expect them to comply. Many people died in WWII, but you don't see people ranting about Warthunder all of the time. Chill.

Let's not make mountains out of molehills here. Some people just don't have the same perspective as everyone else. Blowing up on the forums won't help it, and just invites more drama. Just chill out and post more planes.
People were making jokes? I didn't see any, I'm glad I didn't.
And their excuse for it being ok is that there are more catastrophic events that have happended, and 9/11 isnt important. That is what makes me angry. Jokes are disrespectful, but when you simply dont care, I can never forgive you.
