I have found the solution! I have had that problem for a while, not being able to get mods. I have asked and asked, and no suggestions worked. But I have found the answer. It is extremely simple too! The solution is... (drumroll please),
to install the mod straight from the steam workshop!!!
I can't believe I have not thought of this before! It works! It is truly amazing how it works. I hope you find this page EXTREMELY helpful. :D
