All of my ships are in the X series, regardless of their names or class. Where I came up with the X Series is just somewhat random...but I can give y'all a bit of a back story to the X series ships.
Except this, this is a re-upload of someone else' Submarine

The X Series Ships are "assumed" semi-futuristic ships, with a few present day features. They generally have a max speed of 50 to 100 MPH, and have 3 or more turrets on them, turret types may be variable. They're also built for maneuverability and durability. The X-5B is a good example of a durable ship, while The Kiona is a great example of maneuverability.
Not all my ships have all 3 types of the series, artillery (Weapons), maneuverability (Movement) and durability (Resistance), simply because they're all designed to have 1 of the 3 types, which I may change that soon.
The X Series is really called Xerian in classification, and Xero on ship names, for example, X-01 Ionium would be Xero-01 Ionium. The Kiona is an X series ship, even though its name doesn't start with X-???. I may make a few more ships like that.
I honestly don't know where I came up with those words for names, but hey, it's random, unique and somewhat special, gives them their own story, like USS, IJN, SAN, and so on, the X series will have its own story.
The series started with the X-01 Ionium, my most popular ship, even in the redesign stages. Some of the most recent versions have 4 weapon variations, Main Guns, 1 Heavy Rocket turret, Torpedoes and a Dual Drill-Bit System on the bow, making its artillery level very high. It's durability is rather low, and its speed is refined high. (Refined High, as in, every redesign affects the speed in some way.) The X-01 would classify as an artillery grouped ship.
Latest version of the X-01 Ionium
The 2nd ship was the X-02 Iomor. It really had little to no purpose, no weapons, low durability and decent maneuverability, so that ship will go by its higher rating, and be set in the maneuverability group. This ship was deleted cause no one either liked it or wanted it. The only way to know it existed is this post.
The X-100A Murroh is basically a "look good" ship, no weapons, decent speed, low maneuverability, but slightly high durability, putting it in the durability group.
THEN the almighty nightmare ship arrived, the X-5B Amberosa. A high level in artillery, a low maneuverability level, and very high durability, giving it the durability group title.
Here's a somewhat Mobile/FPS friendly version of the X-5B Amberosa
Then, The Kiona came around. Basically the Amberosa, but what negatives the Amberosa had, The Kiona had them in positives. High artillery, quite low durability, but very high speed, making it part of the maneuverability group.
A new ship named the X-211 Baryante, or X-221 A and X-211 B was recently created, a multi role ship capable of splitting, because it had engines on both sides. Artillery is High, Maneuverability is Low due to its design, and its durability is Very High, making it a member of the Durability Group.
There are a few more ships in the works, but I'll show them off when they're good and ready.
This post is pretty much a back story of the ships, what they are, and how they were made.
