Ok so, should I get a .17 caliber, or a .22 hornet?
.22 Hornet is the rifle imma use now @Dllama4
Yeah... guess your right... @Dllama4
No. It really isn't. Like what YukaNeko said
Basically the same thing... @Dllama4
17 for range 22 for power
And coyote hunting... forgot about that @YuukaNeko
I actually am exterminating/sport, but not a .22 LR, a .22 Hornet... @YuukaNeko
For the best range/accuracy, use .17 HMR. The trajectory of .22 LR drops off considerably after about 100 meters or so.
For... what? Are you hunting small game for sport? If that's the case, it depends on what exactly you're trying to put down. Shooting a squirrel... use .22. Shooting a coyote... use .17.
@YuukaNeko
You should get a 120mm.
@RailfanEthan true.
@RedHawk or the tree it's in.
@AstleyIndustries .50 cal.... for when you really, really want that squirrel dead.
You need a (7.62) M134 (jk)
.22 I think would do better. @KillShot86
No get a .50 (jk)
.22
I've never shot a .17 but I'm 99% sure a .22 is more powerful. A .22 could definitely kill most any small animal.
Well... heard the .22 Hornet is more powerful, but I heard a .17 is good too @MechWARRIOR57
oh, then whichever is more powerful
Only because they are invading our new hunting land @MechWARRIOR57
I just want a caliber to hunt small game... ugh... I WANNA KILL ARMADILLOS @MechWARRIOR57
enough recoil to have fun but its not overwhelming
