I have a challenge. Make an offroader with shocks. (I will participate with one build)

Rules:
No mods(except XML, overload, and fine tuner)
Only 1 build entry.
Judging will be a five part judge.
1 speed( not too fast but not 15mph)
2Control(I want to be able to turn with out falling over or running into a wall)
3 Survival ability (can it land from heights or go on bumps)
4 Looks(does it look decent or nice)
5 Extras( anything else on it ie. Weapons, amphibious)

Tell every one about this. This is for fun but I will upvote everyone's design
