The SW theory I kinda want to look at, who are Rey's Parents/bloodline!? Here are a few of the possibilities. Note I am including the Expanded Universe in this because that contains a lot of story info the movies leave out.
Skywalker,
We all saw this one coming. But heres a possibility on the relation: Luke later during his work founding the New Jedi Order, married Mara Jade Skywalker and had a son, Ben Skywalker
So it's possible Rey is Luke's Daughter.
Kenobi
Obi wan would seem to have no descendants because he followed the Jedi order code, but lets look closely at something. Obi wan and the Mandalorian leader, Satine Kryze clearly had a thing for each other, for a long time. Obi Wan was a padawan once, and it's possible he broke rank with the Jedi Order and had a child with her but kept it secret to protect them both. I doubt Rey is a child of Obi Wan but maybe a grandchild or maybe Obi Wan had someone he was related to him that makes Rey a in direct descendant of him.
Bridger/Wren
Note: This whole theory is based in the Expanded universe and contains spoilers of the Show 'SW, Rebels' be warned
Ezra Bridger is the Jedi padawan of Kanan Jarrus, Ezra is from Lothal and after he has been living on his own as a con man and street thief since he was 7, met the active rebel cell in that part of his system. The Ghost where one of the members of the crew was a Jedi, who took Ezra under his wing and trained him in the ways of the force. Ezra once developed a crush for fellow crew-mate Sabine Wren and is possible that crush is still there, though it may be there very subtly. As of now in his current known age, he is 17, Sabine is 19. Sabine is the current owner of the Mandalorian Darksaber as well. It is possible that they will eventually start dating or whatever they do in Star Wars.
This theory is my favorite so naturally the least likely but never the less still up there. It's also possible Rey is just a random force user without any previous Jedi/Sith bloodline. Or we just haven't seen her parents yet. All theories to consider.
In the end, there are many possibilities but those are probably the more popular ones i've seen. In my opinion, I want to see the relationship develop between Ezra and Sabine because that would back that theory up, yet thats just my opinion. What do you think?
(Another spoiler: It's kinda obvious Ezra might go to the dark side or become a Grey/Dark Jedi)

Yep, though it is possible that Kenobi and her did have a child that they put into hiding at one point that evetually led to Rey. I once saw a theory that Sabine Wren is a Kenobi and then had a kid with Ezra that turned out to be Rey. Which would make Rey a mix of light and dark sode bloodline if Ezra goes to the dark side. But since Sabine is 19, the timeline is off there, plus if that was true that would make her force sensitive. But she isn't and the timeline is off so that kinda breaks that theory. @ChaMikey
