Hello, everyone!
My Signature Series has just wrapped, and it looks like I'm here to stay for a while, so I'm getting ready to jump into my next big series project. Just a quick intro, I've recently spent about three weeks doing nothing but building and testing twelve airplanes and released them all consecutively on a daily schedule. It was a lot of fun, and much more organized and uniform than I've ever been on this site. It almost felt professional, and made me really excited when people would return on a daily basis to check out the next aircraft on the schedule. So I'm going to try to recreate that vibe and feel in another, separate set of vehicles!
Here are my three proposals for my next series:
TANKS, SPAs, and SPAAGs
This is an area of SP that I'm not as familiar with, but am actually the most eager to try. In this series, I'd design a variety of WWII-era light tanks, heavy tanks, tank destroyers, self-propelled artillery, self-propelled anti-aircraft artillery, and more. All to scale with my aircraft, and with each other, of course. Custom-built guns, turrets, and tank shells would also be produced for this series. Each vehicle would be fitted with multiple cameras for different crew members, while some would be equipped with multiple weapon systems. I'd have to recruit a few modders to supply me with specialized modded parts, such as high-power detachers and miniature bombs, all of whom I'd credit in the descriptions of the vehicles they provided parts for. But yeah, basically my diversified and fictional version of War Thunder ground forces.
CARRIER / NAVAL AIRCRAFT
Most of my favorite airplanes in the world were WWII carrier-borne aircraft. In the past, I've made a lot of Navy planes, so I'd love to return to that niche again with a full-fledged series. This series would be separated into carrier fighters, carrier bombers, and seaplanes/flying boats. Each carrier aircraft would be built with VTOL-foldable wings for easy on-deck storage, capable of taking off from the USS Tiny, and maybe (if I could get help from a modder or two) come with an arrestor hook to easily land on the USS Tiny after their sorties. For the necessary bombers, an internal bomb bay with functional doors would be provided. Mouse-aimed turrets and control surface locks would also be implemented for each of them. As for the naval fighters, expect more long-range, durable designs than my previous fighter line. And the aforementioned flying boat would indeed be another bomber, and a heavy one at that. Just much more floaty than the likes of my B.P22 and B.P26.
TURBOJET RENAISSANCE
I've only made three turbojet-powered aircraft since my return from hiatus, in comparison to twelve propeller aircraft. So I'd figure that some interesting 1940s - 50s style jet airplanes would be a great addition to my lineup. This series would be the most similar to my Signature Series in structure out of the three proposals, since they'd be organized into the three classic groups of fighters, attack planes, and bombers. They'd have longer ranges than my Signature Series turbojet aircraft, in part because they'd be of a later era with improved technology and fuel storage methods (but mostly because I'll be better at building them than I was a month ago). These aircraft would also have different internal cameras for various crew members, bay doors, mouse-aim, and all the craziness that I mentioned before.
TL;DR? Here's the gist:
Tanks, SPAs, and SPAAGs
- diverse lineup of vehicles
- custom armament + ordnance
- internal crew cameras
Carrier / Naval Aircraft
- VTOL-foldable wings
- carrier-compatibility
- bay doors, turrets, the works
Turbojet Renaissance
- turbojet power!
- longer ranges, improved performance
- more moving parts + extra features
I'd appreciate it if you guys could leave your vote in the comments, I'll keep track of them on a separate document to maintain a blind and unbiased vote. In a few days I'll come to a conclusion and announce what my next series will be and how it'll be scheduled. Thanks a lot you guys! I appreciate it ^-^

Noted @XjayIndustrys thank you ^-^
Early jet naval aircraft early 50s-mid60s
Np @bskngshrk
Totally @Supermini555 and gliding is going to be a lot more fun
Thank you for voting! @Ihavenorealideawhatiamdoing
My vote goes to carrier/naval!
Especially with the new beta, it's gonna be interesting to see these planes handle the wind
Alright then @bskngshrk
;) @bskngshrk
@bskngshrk no problemo
And I'll keep you two updated regarding me building any ground vehicles in the future, whether it be the next series or not @Supermini555 @TemDesBur
What the popular vote looks like right now is Naval Aircraft, but I'll continue research on ground vehicles @TemDesBur @Supermini555 @SarcasticCommander thank you for your votes anyway, gentlemen
@Weaverfish @Tully2001 @Spikerya thank you guys for your votes ^-^
Tanks would be great.
Naval
Carrier Aircraft is my pick
If you need help with tanks, you could ask either me or TemDesBur for help
@bskngshrk Tanks. I will be able to help you by next week if you try them out
Carrier aircraft just because there's so much fun potential.
You've got really fun, radical designs where big aircraft are trying to take off from a tiny runway. Theres stuff like rocket boosted takeoff, catapult takeoff, VTOL takeoff too of course.
Landing on carriers in simpleplanes is super hard, so you could think up really unique ways of having your aircraft land extremely slowly but still having good control. We have a few solutions in game like air brakes and parachutes, but what if you thought up more unique, exciting ways to keep carrier landings easy? Maybe sweeping wings that extend out really far so you can glide extremely slowly? maybe reverse rockets that are fixed to the fuselage that are angled up a little, so your jet slows down extremely quickly, but its nose is still being pushed up? just radical ideas to help carrier landings really easy
Don't forget about anti-navy aircraft weapons - you can pretty much make all of them in simpleplanes. depth charges, proximity sea mines, timed delay bombs, huge player-controlled cruise harpoons. People love seeing new unique weapons in this game.
@bskngshrk yay!
@bskngshrk ok cant wait to see!
@Gemista @phanps you got it!
@bskngshrk Carrier/naval please!
Carrier aircraft please!!
Ok! @saturn28 thank you for your vote :)
