well, this is not the first time I get obliterated in the first round of a tournament, but against a little bugger that can't even drive? are you kidding me? how is the devs pc not capable of handling an extremely complex F1 car that has just 108 parts but is capable of driving perfectly a car that goes 500-600mph in the same track without problem?! I amde some testing to see how it performed against that little bugger, and guess what? the F1 won, even after crashing catastrophycally it had enough reliability to win 2/2, plus the little bugger was so undrivable that at the start it would go straigh to my car and crash it, mine was strong enough to resist the impact, but sometimes it would change my course and make me crash. here's the video that I made replicating the race. http://plays.tv/video/599a215bd950f52b6b/guys-is-how-my-race-should-have-ended-if-ai-wasnt-such-an-asshole-f1-power-
@Tully2001 Hi Tully, is there something written about the AI or limitations etc?
I agree, the AI is bad at this game...
@F104Deathtrap I tested It like 100 times, Thats why I was upset, I was aware that it could result damaged by another car, but thd last one when it drifted out of nowhere, that never happened in the whole testing, Take into account this car was designed for grip even if drifting, but they AI decided to not react and let it crash in the turn.
I have a funny feeling the AI isn't "broken," did you test this car with a AI driver before submitting it to the contest?
If the AI got better you'd write a complaint about how it's too hard.
@Tully2001 btw im gonna make a car challenge, it will be single engine, so better prepare a good car, it will be an f1 race.
@Tully2001 I know, but when you spend almost a month on a car that can adapt to almost anything and then a lttle bugger that cant drive straigh for two seconds wins you in the first round it is beyond stupidity. that little bugger drove out of the road at least 10 times and mine was glued to the ground thx to downforce.
