I used rotators to give the aircraft extreme manuverability, clearing the way for tons of speed, by way of one Blasto J-15, and a turboprop. I'd have to check it with a tournament validator, but I don't recall any XML modding.
Update: Yup! Valid for unlimited class tournaments.
