your username CAN be changed
but devs removed the "change username" feature long ago
because people were abusing that system
but i think there still can be exceptions

Well not exactly... I got my name changed by asking the devs and giving a reason... it was last year.

People were probably spamming or making trouble or something and changing their name to avoid getting caught. @ForeverPie
They aren't changing names at the moment, even if contacted.

contact devs they actually do help unlike some game communities

You can contact devs, and, by giving a good reason, make them change your username.
