German pilots Fritz Müeller and Hans Schmidt prepare their Messerschmitt Bf-109E's for an aerial assault on the British coast. Their mission is to provide cover for a Do-17 bomber squadron as they target hardened ground targets and British command centers.
Fritz Müeller's aircraft preparing for takeoff
Müeller and Schmidt takeoff from the air base
The fighters reach a cruising altitude over the English Channel
As the two pilots approached the rendezvous point, Schmidt's radar caught a British destroyer near their location. The destroyer had also seen the planes' radar signatures and prepped its AA cannons for battle.
Schmidt's plane came dangerously close to the anti-aircraft fire and flak from the destroyer
Müeller immediately pulled his machine away from the destroyer, and, seeing as his wingman and himself had no anti-ship weaponry, Schmidt attempted to turn away as well.
Schmidt's plane goes down in flames after being bombarded by flak and AA fire
Müeller immediately radioed for help in escorting the dive bombers once he reached their planned rendezvous point; however, he was only met with bad news. His group commander ordered him to continue on to the British coast and take down a pair of Hawker Hurricanes patrolling the area. In addition, Müeller was informed that these Hurricanes had destroyed the Dorniers and he was to compete the objective alone.
Müeller proceeding to the British coastline
Fritz soon spotted the coast and began scouring the air for British Hurricanes.
The German spots a lone Hurricane
Before the British pilot noticed the Bf-109 on his tail, Müeller's machine guns tore through through the hurricane's tail and fuel tank, setting his enemy alight.
The Hurricane crashes into the Channel
Fritz realized that his fuel was running low and radioed to the ground command that he was returning to base unharmed.
The Bf-109E flies back over the Channel
Ground Command: Fritz, you are cleared for landing. Müeller: Coming in now
Fritz coming in on final approach to the base
Bf-109E landed safely at base
The mission was considered a success, although Müeller's wingman Hans Schmidt was lost to AA fire.

In case you didn't catch on, this was a teaser for my new Messerchmitt Bf-109E-4 fighter! Currently sitting around 340 parts, probably will be 350-360 parts when done. It has a functional cockpit, but I was able to make it with very few parts. What do you think?
@TitanIncorporated nope, im on ios so all singleplayer :)
@F4f879 oh
@PilotBug lol i posted this thing like a year ago you can check it out on my profile tho!
That bf-109 will most likely be amazing
Lol yeah the details I added are kinda small and just really fluff @Fjorge
@F4f879 well my eye is not so fancy
You mean on the finished product plane vs what you see in the teaser? It's mostly just superficial cockpit details, decals, and little wing pieces to improve performance @Fjorge
Nothing’s changed @F4f879
