I usually do it on the weekends in the afternoon. Mainly because I can do a bunch of fine tuning before the official release.

I usually upload at 12:00 eastern time and I’m not sure if it’s becuase my planes aren’t good, almost never get upvotes, however I see people upload a block and a cockpit and call it like super speed, and get 20 upvotes that’s just why I’m wondering@RyneKuczy

If you live in the US just upload in the afternoon but upload time didn’t matter as much as it did before spotlighting so you should be able to upload whenever

I'm pretty sure Eastern Time is the most active time for the site.
