I think it happens like this:
1.a person upvotes a plane. 2.they delete their account. 3.the upvote stays there. But their account does not. So,that is why that happens.
I think i know why the "Incorrect Amount Of Upvotes/Spotlights" issue happens.

What about when the number of upvotes is less than the amount of people who have upvoted?
That’s what happened with helilover03. If you look at my old builds you’ll see where his upvotes used to be.
