The are several positions that you want to aim for.

Diplomate- You come from a different country to discuss politics.
Immigrant- What you start out as when you join the empire.
Citizen- The next step up from being an Immigrant, you can't be deported.
Millitary Officers- you get to be an Officer of your choice in the millitary.
Senate Member- You help decide the actions of the government.
Cheif General- You help decide millitary decisions. There can only be one
Senate Head- You are second in comand of thr country. There can only be one
Kaiser- The emperor of the Essen Empire. There can only be one and this rank is held by the person holding it forever or untill death or leave.
