So I was in Paris, France last month, and it was quite balmy compared to Canada, except everyone we passed was bundled up like it was -30 degrees (Celsius). So we went to this open air pool, and we were swimming around and having fun, andwe had the pool to ourselves, because, guess what! It was very cold for the Parisians. So there was some people walking by who stopped and stared at us, and one (in French) asked if we were insane. We explained that it was a lot colder where we were from, and they’re like “oh, Canadian?” And we’re like ya, and then they started laughing for some reason and walked off.
