There is a law that'll give right to service providers to reduce internet speed to the sites that don't pay racket, and increase it for those that do pay, effectively being a potential internet censorship and making a monopoly on the internet possible. Net neutrality is non-existence of that law.
But as @EternalDarkness said it’s up to the service providers. I’ll stick to one that doesn’t do that kind of thing.
