Recently we have been increasing our Astro-Navy dramatically, various types of powerful cruisers, destroyers, and many other things have been designed and made. We have all of these but no activity in other systems other than a bit of science and exploration, few military operations but most ships have been in the Solar System through this time. So we have started a project that is half completed. Many ships have been sent to the System ROSS 128, a red dwarf 11 ly from earth. The project has been kept secret to most of Tinland, not even the council members knew about it. So today I announce this to the public on what is going on. We are creating ships that can make other ships, its more complicated but that is classified. We are trying to make a permanent presence on the planet ROSS 128 B. We have classified it as a *irradiated temperate terra* meaning that is possible for life there but they would have to deal with the rads. No intelligent life has been found in the entire system. A large military presence is there and no other nations should get involved. (in any way)

Your bio weapons would have no effect and you can't fire them at our cities because we live under the seabed of oceans. We live under the ground at the bottom of oceans.

Excellent. Also, if you hear that DarthAbhinav also has a claim to Alpha Centauri you are mistaken: Hawk Aviation and KK exist in separate universes, both with an Alpha Centauri system.
