For some reason now there is an 'engine RPM safety' feature. Take these pictures for example.

    I have had to deal with it too much. First day the update came out I noticed it. I was making a Stuka and for some reason the siren kept blowing up

    I tested a heavy pitch down with the stock twin prop plane from a height of 30000ft, no warning what so ever.

    You must have messed with the prop, cause the twin prop plane have their props on auto, which means that the prop would automatically pitch according to speed ect.

    As the previous comments have mentioned, that feature has been there for a fair while now, if your props are held at excess rpm they will blow up. Generally, you’ll only see this when you set manual prop pitch.

    its been like that since new props were introduced. i guess you never tried out manual props until now.
