The upvote to download ratio

5,984 LimitedShelf568  6.8 years ago

i'm not trying to complain about anything right now ( though the ratio is horrible ), but I've been wondering, exactly what fraction of users actually can't upvote? There are a lot of users who download planes but never actually get around to uploading anything; and because they don't have enough points, they can't upvote anything. I have to wonder if that isn't a large part of what causes the ratio.

it's because there are a lot of people without accounts, plus you need over 30 points to upvote.

I totaly see what you mean and it's understandable because when you finaly get a very succesfull build and it gets 20 upvotes and 500 downloads [Still really really appreciate it tho] it is kind off wierd as i even upvote when i thnink that something looks good when i cant upvote it.

About a quarter of a percent of the total users can upvote.
