SimpleTips [1] from Chancey21

69.4k Chancey21  6.8 years ago

Okay hopefully I’ll stick with this series, it’s tips for new users

Tip 1.0

When in doubt, it’s not ready
If you think it’s maybe ready to post then it’s not, spend a little more time

Tip 2.0

Use fuselage blocks
I cannot stress this enough, LEARN TO USE FUSELAGE BLOCKS it may savs your life someday

Tip 3.0

Use fine tuner
It is a very helpful tool and I don’t see enough new users taking advantage of it
Thanks and try all of these out on your next build,
Chancey21

I don't think new players are quite ready for the complex possibilities of overload. I recommend getting overload when you get to 700 points @F104Deathtrap

Don't neglect the Overload mod. Easy access to disable collisions and other xml tweaks that save TONS of time.

@chancey21 I remember my days of being a white user and, I can tell you, I always used fuselages.
Cause, ya know, why bother with blocks? They're nowhere near as flexible as fuselages.

@chancey21 I'd say you should put things like how the interface works, or how to use the part transform tool.
Also, give a link to the fine tuner mod if you'd were to put it in this post, people are lazy and don't like looking for it.

They are things that basically no new users do but all experienced players do, I’d say those are som pretty good tips... just because they don’t help you doesn’t mean they’re not good @BaconEggs

@chancey21 Well they're not very good tips for new players.
