The Bohemian Air Force has successfully tested its first nuclear bomb, detonating it over an uninhabited island north of New Bohemia. Higher parts of the resulting mushroom cloud could be seen from all parts of New Bohemia, with winds suddenly increasing in strength.
The Air Force has stated that the bomb was nearly three times more powerful than what their initial calculations have predicted, but citizens should remain calm as the bomb was on a hydrogen basis, generating no additional fallout.
Another milestone has also been reached during the test when a brand new nuclear bomber, the BA-91 Vaporizer has successfully dropped the bomb and returned to its origin airbase safely.
The Air Force says that the BA-91 is now completely combat-ready and prepared to strike at any moment.
However, a large portion of the public doubts the combat preparedness of the Vaporizer, calling it a "waste of money" and "threat to the ongoing peace".
The first accusation is based on the fact that the Air Force and Bohemian Aerospace exceeded the expected development cost over five times, with the money being constantly donated by the government.
No nation has yet expressed their feelings towards the bomber, but the government hopes that the bomber will prove to others that the Principality of New Bohemia will retaliate with brutal force if it was ever attacked.
The Air Force has also supposedly contacted the republic of SimpleLandia regarding the use of the Vaporizer as a support against the ongoing conflict with the Cobra.
If the SimpleLandia agrees, a fleet of BA-91s is expected to join the squadron of fifty BA-11s that are already fighting on SimpleLandian front lines.
