I use a very tiny beacon light (scale 0.05x) and nudge 0.5m above the camera
Here is an example.
Make a custom crosshair and nudge it 0.5m (one block) above the camera.

nope. But you could mod a cockpit to be small enough to act as a camera, and nudge it accordingly. Or, make a cross hair out of fuselage blocks that are 0.01x0.01
