I’m getting a new ipad soon, so is there a way to transfer game data through backing up my old device or do I need to do something else? Usually when I transfer any other game the data doesn’t transfer.

It's in your appdata file witch is hidden by default if you can see hidden files it's in your users folder
@Eggplant @CruzerBlade , anybody can see an unlisted plain it just doesn't get posted in the new airplane page and up voting is disabled. All you have to do is go to the user's posts. Listed and unlisted is there.
@RailfanEthan ok
@Minecraftpoweer theres no limit to forums, its until the mods say stop spamming
@RailfanEthan i Think it is 10 unlisted every day, 3 public and idk maybe 15 forums? the forums one im not sure
@Eggplant unlisted airplanes are like private posts, only the owner can see it. You can only post 10 unlisted airplanes a day.
Are unlisted planes only available through a link? @Kerbango
Make sure all your planes are uploaded to simpleplanes.com. Whether they are listed or unlisted. Now those are safe. Get a new airplane blank, and put all your sub-assemblies that you want to save onto the new device and upload it either listed or unlisted and there you have all that you need to save. The mods can all be downloaded again. And you can download whatever planes you want again to finish on the new device.
This isn’t the place for this but back up your iPad with iCloud.
@Eggplant You can put all the subassemblies into one build and upload it, and the max for unlisted is like 9
Same with sub assemblies? And can you upload more than 5 of them every day or does that just apply to listed builds?@RailfanEthan
the only way is to upload the builds you want to keep as unlisted and download them on your new device
I don't think your planes from your old device transfer on they didn't for me
