HELP-Can't download mods from simpleplanes?

I can't download mods from simpleplanes, although i can download mods from the steam workshop. It takes forever and doesn't really progress. My WiFi is prefectly fine. Any suggestions as to what I could do?

    @MikoJake try to download mods directly from Chrome. I believe it would solve your problem (dang i'm late)

    1. Google (Standard Steam-Overlay browser)
    2. There is no error message. But it doesn't load.
    3. I don't know what that is. If it is standard, it's still probably on.
