Cockpits are a tough thing to build so bare with me here

Step 1

start by taking a fusalage block of the shape you want it and paint it red or any other color you would like (just not the color of the sides)

Step 2

add a fusalage block with circular edges

Step 3

nudge that fusalage in

Step 4

you may have to rotate it a bit

Step 5

continue this all the way around

Step 6

next scale or have a freind scale the fusalage block to 0,0,0

voila!

Step 7

then add endcaps to clos off the fusalage

make a fire wall (you will put your gauges and dials on this)

Step 9

add a smooth fusalage that you can make as big or as small as you want it

Step 10

add a fusalage inlit just 0.05 smaller than the smooth peice

Step 11

put a lot of these in and then nudge the firewall and dials into the main fusalage

add a joystick/Yoke, rudder peddals and throttle

you can also choose from many pre-made dials and gauges made by spiritus raptor

you can customize your build how you want it

here is what your finished product might look like
