@RussianPLANEfighter360 The size of the explosion is directly tied to the size of the bomb; the larger you scale up the bomb, the larger the explosion will be!
The blast radius of a bomb cannot be changed, the explosion size can though. Heck, you could have a bomb that has an absolutely MASSIVE explosion size, but the radius of the explosion power would not change.

It only makes the explosion look bigger, it doesn't increase the splash damage radius.
Scaling the bomb up using either overload or fine tuner should do the trick.
