This plane is ungodly in terms of stability.
I have tried to line up the center of mass and the center of lift but it still flops around like a fish out of water. Can somebody please help me.

It is a bit of a strange concept @Chill
The center of mass goes IN FRONT of the center of lift, not in the same place.

this is what I did, but I do have some suggestions
1. It's really heavy for it's size, either make the whole thing bigger or lower it's weight
2. Larger control surfaces
