I abruptly turned my computer off from the wall switch (it wasn't responding) and the next day my Windows desktop icons moved to my second monitor. SimplePlanes also seemed different. It removed the green "completed" indicators from every option, it deleted all my custom locations, and even all the discovered ones.
@DerekSP Cloud Sync is disabled because I use offline mode.
This has happened to me twice

steam cloud sync should take care of that, do you have it disabled?
