So...Recently I downloaded the beta and it got me onto a lot of trouble but here's one I really have a massive problem to.
Since I'm developing a ballistic missile submarine(a special prototype capable of firing missiles from UNDER the water) I noticed that no matter WHAT you do, IF you have a cockpit block attacked to your submarine you CANNOT submerge no matter how you balance the submarine. After a bit of testing I decided to download another submarine and that didn't work either, then I gave up because I realised that the cockpit was the blame for this and no matter what submarine I download from this site none of them will ever submerge because there is a cockpit block.
Anyway my guess is that either this is a problem with XML or a problem with the game.

@GeneralOliverVonBismarck @randomusername
I found the problem, apparently the old underwater mod has a bug that makes cockpits float really well.
Remember this underwater mod?

@randomusername yes, regardless of how I set the cockpit it will always be buoyant, and in a strange way because it can stay afloat however much weight you place.
@randomusername I tried that too, It didn't work.
It's also the first thing I tried since I always do this for submarines.
Also none of the parts are buoyant except the cockpit.
@GeneralOliverVonBismarck I tend to believe this has something to do with the old underwater mod cuz ever since I downloaded it, none of the submarines work.
used this mod cuz the newer under water mod didn't work:

@GeneralOliverVonBismarck The submarine I downloaded uses pistons, and it didn't work. also when I was testing my prototype I didn't start with pistons because it is to test whether the submarine has the right amount of ballist to make the submarine have more realistic performance however... Whatever I did I could not make the submarine sink, even when I made the submarine weight about 642,000lbs.
Which is ridiculous doncha think?
the thing is... I have experimented with many designs in the past and now all these methods are obsolete because of this problem and it might be caused by the mobile beta. Also I don't want to use the cockpit as the floating block because it's targetable by the ai.
@GeneralOliverVonBismarck use any sub. None of them will submerge due to the cockpit if you are in the mobile beta version.
But sure use them, as lame as a submarine that cannot submerge is...
Huh. That actually sucks.
