Following a speech by President Graham and Deputy Chief of the War Office Ray Wallace, a plan to expand into Canada and link it to the existing Alaskan territory has been put into place, and a full military expedition has been authorized.

The public is in full support of this decision, President Graham claiming that it will "Create hundreds of thousands of jobs building infrastructure, homes, government buildings and other structures within the new Canadian lands."

The President did mention that if all things go according to this plan, the Canadian lands will be under Nevadan control and business, as well as population will receive a massive boost.

A new law was also passed banning loot drops paid for with "premium currency" within video games sold in Nevadan lands. The organization responsible for presenting this idea has claimed that "Games are not fun when all you do is grind over and over, hoping to get a premium item from a box. It is essentially gambling, and that should be left at casinos, not in video games."

Also in today's news, the Department of the Navy gets it's own Air Service as the first Aircraft Carriers are build in Nevadan lands. The Navy is pushing aircraft designers for carrier-based aircraft and Battleship-based float planes for the new launchers designed for the Graham-class Superbattleship.

A new track was opened up nearby to Las Vegas, allowing people within the area to race their vehicles. A new set of high-speed interceptors has been accepted into the Nevada State Police forces, as well as the Las Vegas PD to help tackle street racing problems. The FBI has opened up its Strategic Vehicle Response team, taking the best-of-the-best drivers from Police and civilians around the nation, being taught advanced driving and pursuit tactics, as well as having special equipment in their vehicles to stop street racing in it's tracks.

Chief of Police Wes Allen has come forward saying, "The FBI's new vehicle team has taken the best from our Speed Response Team and are training them to be the very best, in an effort to curb illegal racing in the state. They start by giving them the fastest, strongest and most powerful modified cars the Federal authorities have. [trust me, the FBI has pretty much every civilian and police-built performance car there is.] Their first action was seen tonight, as 4 street racers were stopped and busted by high-speed pursuit vehicles with "Spike strips coming out the rear-end of a cop car going 170mph", taken from the transcript of an Interrogation of a racer.

Following a large armed conflict in and around a 10 block area of a large city in Arizona, 2 National Guard divisions were sent to keep the peace and contain the situation. What had happened has not yet been revealed, but bits and pieces of flags, masks and one-handed firearms, suggest it appears to have been a large gang shootout, and that many were left dead.

The FBI's performance vehicles include modified versions of the fastest performance vehicles from manufacturers like Dodge, Porsche, Ford, Koenigsegg and Mercedes-Benz.
