Ok lemme start.
-Hp, Diameter, blade count-style-thickness and rotation should be self explanatory.
-Neutral pitch is the starting angle% of the blades relative to the collective range (angle amount 100%= +90°/-90°).
-Throttle governor gives an extra setting to change the % at which the blades are sent power.
-Cyclic pitch/roll is the increase/decrease in angle of the props at a curtain point in rotation to produce the pitch/roll.
-Offset weight is obvious (useful).
-Vibration damper is how much is will reduce vibration and sudden movements.
-Bunch of settings for what buttons do what at end (alt is a second activator).

Do you mean the settings of them or just flying?
Main rotor:
1. Spin rotors up
2. Increase collective
3. Control in air
Controls are different for many builds, gator is vtol for collective and throttle for engine power i think
