Arcteria is a young country, created in 2035. When Arcturus Aerospace Corporation decided to produce tens of thousands of AAP-606 "Devastator" multirole aircraft for the USAF. The U.S. government gave the state of Delaware to the Corporation as a reward, with full compensation for the residents of the former state.

Arcteria has no alliances, but it is willing to make them. Countries that ally with Arcteria will receive cutting-edge technology, and will be notified of new innovations as soon as possible. All of the new technologies will be seen first by allies on an unlisted page, and then decided on whether it should be released to the world.

Arcteria will join any slightly futuristic roleplay, as long as they are set in 2035 or later.
