Try using yaw and vtol when autopilot is on, should work decently.

Build guns and fuselages rotators that are controlled by the trim and VTOL. What I do is have a hinge rotator on top of a normal rotator, with a wing and some wing guns along with a camera attached to it. As for the glass ball seen on every turret, don't attach it to the rotators. Attach it to the fuselage and then attach the turret itself onto the fuselage, but have it meshed with the ball.
