Okay, so it's been brought to the attention of a couple moderators that some RP servers are getting a smidge out of hand, meaning this are starting to spill over onto the site.

So I'd like to take this opportunity to ask those owning the servers to take responsibility of them. Enforce strict rules to prevent things like hate comments from happening such as:

• What happens in the server stays in the server.
• No backstabbing (as in talking about a user in a negative light behind their back)
• No harassing users.
• No Trolling.

These are just a few examples of rules you should enforce to keep the RP stuff friendly to everyone.

Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Enlist a few moderators to help you out. Make sure they're mature and have the interests of everyone at heart. There's plenty of quizzes/questionnaires online to help weed out people you think might not be suitable for said role.

Think people might have a grudge against you and troll the server? Get them to verify their account. I do this on my server by getting people to comment their discord username via this site stating their discord username.

The thing is, a small minority of users are quite literally ruining it for everyone else that's playing by the book and unfortunately it is starting to rear its ugly head a bit meaning that it's within the realms of possibility that RP posts get removed from the site altogether.

Granted that would make a few questionable users on the site very happy. To which I question your motivations in getting happiness from another's sadness, but I digress.

Generally speaking, moderators don't mind RP posts if they're friendly and constructive. However, it would seem our patience is being somewhat tested for those that aren't.

Long story short, moderate your discord RP servers strictly and effectively, because with them being outside the SP site, we can't.

If I personally catch people making non constructive comments in RP, they will be barred from my RP server regardless if you're currently a member of the RP or not.
