I present to you Open beta verison of Tracks 2.
The attribute Side don't work in designer, you should to reload you tank of start game and back in the designer.
Actions with attaching are hard, use Reattaching (Shift+K) for this.

I know about possibility to ride on water level, and some bad connections of tracks. Work in progress.
