This may be a bad move, however we feel it is necessary to scout other countries, this isn’t a declaration of war, however I feel it may move to that.
However, it’s what the people want as there are tensions with other countries, the planes are AOE 769 Nightstalkers that aren’t equipped with their standard loadout. They have no weapons, and hopefully we will gain a better understanding of said tensions. These will be occurring at night.

If you are to scout over the USW, then be aware that each surrounding island has automated CIWS systems in place, and they shoot down any and all vehicles that don't show a very specific IFF frequency.
