A while ago, I surrendered to Erebus because I did not want for my country, my people, to be ruined. 0n33 and I agreed to an occupation force, and also agreed with a Warburg-Erebus personnel ratio of 50:1.
Not only has 0n33 violated this term of Agreement, he is also violating the term of his 'military presence' as he would call it. He has ballooned his presence in the USW tenfold, knowing that he is violating the surrender agreement, and is also using my country and it's resources as a hotel.
The whole reason he's using my nation as a rest stop is because he wants to attack the United Regions of Daren, a close ally of the USW.
I have made it crystal clear that I will fully support my allies. This is no exception.
0n33, I, as President of the United States of Warburg, hereby declare war for freedom of tyranny and occupation, and for attacking a close ally of this country. You have knowingly performed multiple offenses and have therefore deemed the surrender agreement as no longer in place.
