I've always hated the fact that there isn't a 3rd person reticle for guns to make aiming easier, so I made my own (Thanks to WNP78 for the massive amount of help to create this mod), the reticle is active as long as there is a target selected.
The reticle is placed 32km away to minimize parallax, and is rendered always above everything else.
KNOWN BUGS:
doesn't hide with HUD, so turn off the targeting system if you want to take pics
It's treated like a physical object so it has reflections on water
and neither of these i know how to fix :/
